摘要
针对高速列车轴箱的结构特点,探讨了轴箱设计分析一体化技术。基于TOP-DOWN、模块化、骨架模型和流程自动化等技术,提出包括快速设计和分析自动化的轴箱设计分析一体化技术的框架。运用C#平台、CATIA二次开发和ANSYS二次开发等技术实现轴箱设计分析一体化技术平台的开发,并成功实现某轴箱的设计分析一体化。
In view of the structure features of axle boxes of high speed trains,the integration technology in design and analysis of axle boxes is discussed.On the basis of such techniques as TOP-DOWN,modularization,framework model and process automation,the frame of the integration technology in design and analysis of axle boxes,including rapid design and analysis automation,are put forward.With such techniques as C# platform,CATIA secondary development and ANSYS secondary development,the development of the platform of the integration technology in design and analysis of axle boxes is realized,and the integration of the design and analysis of a certain axle box has been realized successfully.
