摘要
针对燃气轮机润滑油防锈性能较差的问题,使用实验室复配技术研制成功燃气轮机润滑油防锈剂,其原料及配比:石油磺酸钙8%、苯并三氮唑0.5%、环烷基基础油;配制方法:先后称取基础油、石油磺酸钙、苯并三氮唑加入至调合釜中,设定转速500 r/min,缓慢升温至90℃,恒温2 h。将该防锈剂加入到燃气轮机润滑油进行试验考核,结果表明,能有效改善润滑油的防锈性能,解决燃气轮机使用过程中轴承锈蚀问题。
In order to improve the rust resistance of gas turbine oil,a rust inhibitor was prepared by compounding with 8% of calcium sulfonate,0. 5% of benzotriazole( BTA),and naphthenic base oil. The mixture was sequentially added to a blending kettle,and heated slowly to 90 ℃ at a stirring rate of 500 r / min,then the rust inhibitor was gained after stirring for 2 h. The performance of gas turbine oil added the above rust inhibitor was evaluated,the results showed that the new developed product has excellent antirust performance and can prevent the gas turbine from rusting.
