离子液化合物,作为润滑油基础油或润滑油添加剂,是近年来研究的热点。PAG(聚醚),特别是油溶性PAG(OSP),是较为新型的润滑油基础油。由于存在摩擦表面上的竞争性吸附,使得传统的极压抗磨剂很难在高极性PAG基础油中发挥理想的作用。四球试验表明,离子液型磷酸酯胺盐添加剂,在各类PAG基础油、PAG/传统油混合基础油、PAG基润滑脂中,均表现优秀的极压、抗磨和减摩性能。MTM(Mini Traction Machine)试验表明,磷酸酯胺盐添加剂,在摩擦表面具有极强的成膜能力,可以有效降低PAG在混合润滑至边界润滑区的摩擦系数。磷酸酯胺盐添加剂与PAG基础油结合,可以同时获得优秀的极压、抗磨和减摩性能。
Ionic liquid compounds as lubricant base oil or additive have been a hot research topic in recent years. Polyalkylene glycol( PAG),especially oil- soluble PAG( OSP),is a pretty new type synthetic base oil. Due to the competitive absorption on the frictional surface,traditional extreme pressure( EP) / antiwear( AW) additives fail to exert an acceptable function in high polar PAG base oils.The four- ball tests show that,ionic liquid compound,amine phosphate,exhibits excellent EP,AW and Friction- reducing( FR) performances in all sort of PAG base oil,PAG mixed base oil and PAG based grease. Mini traction machine( MTM) test indicates that,the amine phosphate additive performs very strong film- forming ability on the frictional surface,and reduces the PAG's friction coefficient effectively under mixed and boundary lubrication regimes. The combination of amine phosphate additive and PAG base oil could achieve excellent EP,AW and FR performances simultaneously.
