商用车转向机油台架试验方法的开发

Development of a Bench Test Method for Commercial Vehicle Steering Oil

汽车转向是汽车安全行驶的关键系统,在液压转向中普遍应用的转向机油对汽车安全行驶更是起着关键性的作用,为针对东风商用车研发的新型转向机油的综合性能评定,开发建立了一种商用车转向机油的台架考核试验方法,实际研究结果表明:通过该台架试验方法考核的油品,能够达到东风汽车公司商用车转向系统的应用要求。

Automobile steering is the key system of automobile safety driving. And the steering oil which is widely used in steering system is very important. In this paper,a bench test method for commercial vehicle steering oil was developed to examine the comprehensive performance of the newly oil developed by Dongfeng C. V. Technical Center. The results showed that the oil can meet the steering＇s application requirements if it passes the evaluation of the bench test method.
