摘要
文章介绍了一种测定润滑油中总酸值的新方法——温度滴定法。与电位滴定法相比,利用温度滴定原理测定润滑油总酸值方法准确可靠,重复性良好,滴定终点突跃明显,滴定结果与电位滴定法基本一致。该方法适用于润滑油样品总酸值的测定,且可实现全自动测样分析。
This paper presents a new method for determination of total acid number in lubricating oil—thermometric titration. Compared with potentiometric titration,the thermometric titration method has good repeatability and accuracy,and the thermometric titration end point is obvious and the titration results are basically consistent with the results of potentiometric titration. Thermometric titration is suitable to determine the total acid number of lubricating oil. And the automatic sample analysis can be realized.
