摘要 研究了航空润滑油酸值的差分脉冲伏安法测定方法,并对其测定条件、测定参数、方法的精密度和准确度以及影响测定结果的因素进行了讨论。研究表明:将润滑油的酸值信息转换为电化学分析可测信息并对其进行测定的方法是可行的。建立的测定方法具有简单、快速的特点,测定结果与国家标准方法有较好一致性。 The acid value of aviation lubricating oil was determined by using differential pulse voltammetry method. The testing conditions and parameters as well as the accuracy and the precision of the method were studied and the factors influencing the determination results were discussed. The result showed that differential pulse voltammetry method is feasible by transforming the acid value of lubricating oil into the measurable electrochemical information. The established method is simple and rapid,and the results have good consistency with that of national standard method.
