摘要
针对离心力增加斜撑块磨损问题,分析了离心力对离心接合斜撑块的影响,在离合器组件外保持架安装阻尼卡、内保持架安装阻尼簧片,经实例证明,该方法可减少内外圈对斜撑块超越区域的磨损,提高离合器的寿命。
The wear of sprag is increased by centrifugal force, and the influence of centrifugal force on centrifugal engagement sprag are analyzed. The damping card is installed on outer cage of clutch components, and the damping spring is installed on inner cage. The actual example shows that the method is able to reduce the wear of overrunning area on sprag by inner and outer rings, and improve the life of clutch.
