热挤压对粉末冶金PM-0002镍基高温合金组织及热变形行为的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Hot Extrusion on Microstructures and Hot Deformation Behavior of Powder Metallurgy Ni-base Superalloy PM-0002

摘要 对热等静压制备的一种新型粉末冶金PM-0002镍基高温合金进行了热挤压处理,然后在1 0001 100℃下进行了不同应变速率的热模拟压缩试验,对比分析了热挤压前后合金的显微组织和热变形行为。结果表明:该合金经热挤压后,显微组织中的原始颗粒边界基本被消除,晶粒为细小的等轴晶粒;晶粒尺寸由热挤压前的11.29μm减小到8.32μm,且分布较为集中;在不同温度和应变速率下热压缩时,热挤压后合金的峰值压缩应力略高于热挤压前的;热挤压前后合金的变形激活能分别为1 012.9kJ·mol-1和1 146.9kJ·mol-1。 A new powder metallurgy Ni-base superalloy PM-0002 prepared by hot isostatic pressing was treated by hot extrusion,and then the hot compression tests were conducted at the temperatures from 1 000 ℃ to1 100 ℃ and different strain rates.The microstructures and hot deformation behaviors of the alloys before and after hot extrusion were compared and analyzed.The results show that after hot extrusion,the previous particle boundaries in the microstructure of the alloy were almost eliminated and the grains were fine equixial grains.The grain size was reduced from 11.29μm before hot extrusion to 8.32μm and had a relatively concentrated distribution.During the hot compression at different temperatures and strain rates,the peak stresses of the alloy after hot extrusion were slightly higher than those before hot extrusion.The deformation activity energies of the alloys before and after hot extrusion were determined as 1 012.9and 1 146.9kJ·mol^(-1) respectively.
