摘要
自2003年三峡船闸建成通航以来,库区通航需求逐年攀升,三峡船舶过闸需求和船闸通过能力不足之间的矛盾日益明显,过闸船舶积压趋于常态.为确保船舶签证取消后船舶通航的安全有序,提出水上交通管控线方案.通过分析2013年三峡船闸船舶过闸数据,设置Arena仿真参数,结合排队论建立船舶过闸Arena仿真模型,动态模拟船舶通过三峡船闸全过程.分别得到有、无管控线的作用下坝前锚地船舶排队时间和排队长度.对比分析表明,相对于未设置管控线方案,实施合理的管控线方案以后明显缓解了船舶的过闸积压问题,缩短了船舶在坝前锚地的排队时间和排队长度.
Since the Three Gorges ship lock had been built and opened up for navigation in 2003,navigation demand in the area has increased year by year.The problem between requirements for passing Three Gorges dam and lack of lock capacity is increasingly significant,and the ship lockage backlog becomes normal.The scheme of traffic control line on the waterways is proposed to ensure that the ship passes the lockage efficiently and orderly after the cancellation of the ship visa.Through analyzing the data of ships passing the dam in 2013 and combining the queuing theory,the Arena simulation model is established to verify the control line scheme and to dynamically simulate the whole process of ship passing Three Gorges lockage.The waiting time and queue length of ships for the cases with and without the control line scheme are obtained,respectively.Compared to the case without any control line scheme,the ship lockage backlog for the case with reasonable control line scheme is mitigated significantly and the waiting time and queue length of ships are also reduced for the case with control line scheme.
