通过对长江武汉段小区域范围内的渡运交叉水域进行安全性研究,将广泛应用于道路交叉口安全研究中的交通冲突技术引入到渡运航路的交汇水域研究,其大样本、短周期、小区域、高信度的特点不仅能缩短安全评价的周期,评价结果更为可靠,可有效地界定研究水域事故冲突点安全性的大小,给渡运船舶提供安全引导.

Based on the safety studies on the ferry crossover waters of a small area in the Wuhan Yangtze channels,the TCT technique is introduced to carry out the studies on the ferry crossover waters.It has a lot of features,such as the large sample,short period,small area and high reliability.It not only shortens the period of the safety evaluation,but also improves the reliability of the evaluation results.At last,the degree of safety of the accident conflict points in the studied waters can be effectively defined,so as to provide safety guidance for ferries.
