船用侧挂式溢油回收系统的设计改进与性能试验 被引量:1

摘要 船用侧挂式溢油回收系统是大型海上溢油污染事故溢油回收的一种重要工具.针对现有船用侧挂式溢油回收系统在溢油处置快速性和高效性所存在的问题,提出了液压系统设计改进方案、输油泵设计改进方案、四连杆同步定向机构方案和输油泵及收油带智能控制技术,进行了回收速率、回收效率、垃圾适应性等性能试验.试验结果显示,改进后的船用侧挂式溢油回收系统具有较高的回收速率与回收效率和良好的垃圾适应性,验证了船用侧挂式溢油回收系统设计改进方案的有效性和合理性. Ship side oil spill recovery system is an important tool for large scale marine oil spill recovery.For mitigating the problem existing in the present ship side oil spill recovery system,the design improvement plan of hydraulic system,oil pump,hanging four connecting rod synchronized orientation mechanism,intelligent control technology of oil pump and recovery belt are put forward in this paper.The recovery rate,recovery efficiency,and garbage adaptability are tested.The test results show that the improved system has high recovery performance and good garbage adaptability.The validity and rationality of the improvement design are verified.
