不同发育阶段棉纤维中木质素的沉积变化 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究棉纤维不同发育阶段木质素的沉积变化,为纤维品质改良提供理论依据。【方法】利用硫酸法分析棉纤维中木质素的含量,结合组织化学染色法观察木质素在棉纤维中的沉积。【结果】发育20 DPA时单位重量棉纤维中硫酸木质素的积累速率最大,随着棉纤维的发育,单位重量棉纤维中硫酸木质素的积累速率呈下降趋势,成熟后纤维中硫酸木质素积累速率最低;单位重量的棉纤维在发育20 DPA时染色最深,随着纤维的发育,染色越来越浅,与酸性木质素含量积累速率的测定结果相一致。根据组织化学染色结果推测棉花纤维中可能存在G、S两种木质素单体。【结论】在发育20 DPA时相同重量的棉纤维中木质素的沉积速率最大,随着纤维发育木质素的沉积速率越来越低。 【Objective】To study the changes of lignin deposition during different developmental stages of cotton fiber and provide a theoretical basis for improving fiber quality. 【Method】In this study,the content of lignin was analyzed by Klason method and lignin deposition observed by histochemical staining. 【Result】The accumulation rate of Klason lignin was the largest per unit weight of cotton fiber at 20 DPA( Day Postanthesis),the accumulation rate showed a decreasing trend with the development of cotton fiber and mature fiber with the slowest rate. The result of histochemical staining showed the deepest color dyeing as the per unit weight of cotton fiber at 20 DPA and the color became shallow with the development of cotton fiber,which was in consistent with the result of the accumulation rate of Klason lignin. Presumably,there may be G( guaiacyl propane) and S( syringyl propane) lignin monomer existing in cotton fiber according to the results of the histochemical staining. 【Conclusion】The deposition rate was the highest when the same weight of cotton fiber in the development of 20 DPA and the rate of lignin in same weight of cotton fiber became less with the cotton fiber development.
