不同浓度溶解氧水浸润棉花种子对萌发的影响 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】通过4个品种棉花种子浸润不同溶解氧浓度水,研究不同浓度溶解氧浸润水对各品种棉花种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗干鲜重的影响。【方法】在培养皿中加入相同量的溶解氧浓度为7.15和11.4 mg/L水浸润棉花种子,在智能光照培养箱中进行萌发培养。【结果】浸润水溶解氧浓度为11.4 mg/L能显著提高棉花种子发芽指数和活力指数,新陆早41号、新陆早48号、中棉49号、新海21号发芽指数和活力指数分别比对照提高11.93%、4.61%、25.19%、22.00%和18.41%、18.67%、9.49%、15.48%;显著提高新陆早41号、新陆早48号、新海21号三个品种的发芽率,分别比对照提高4.26%、6.25%、4.4%,显著提高新陆早48号棉花幼苗干重,比对照增加14.27%。【结论】中棉49号棉种萌发对浸润水溶解氧浓度不敏感,而新陆早41号、新陆早48号、新海21号棉种较为敏感,说明棉种萌发期间增加氧供给的措施能够促进棉种萌发。 【Objective】The article aims to analyze the effects of different concentrations of dissolved oxygen on the germination percentage,germination index,vigor index and prove fresh weight of the cotton seed by the cotton seed soaked with different dissolved oxygen concentrations.【Method】The germination test was carried out by adding the same amount of water with different dissolved oxygen concentrations( 7. 15 mg / L and11. 4 mg / L) to the culture dishes in the intelligent light incubator.【Result】The result showed that the water dissolved in oxygen concentration 11. 4 mg / L obviously improved the cotton seed germination index and vigor index. And Xinluzao 41,Xinluzao 48,Zhongmian 49,Xinhai 21,germination index and vigor index were 11. 93%,4. 61%,25. 19%,22. 00% and 18. 41%,18. 67%,9. 49%,15. 48% higher than CK treatment respectively. The water dissolved oxygen concentration 11. 4mg / L significantly promoted the germination percentage of Xinluzao 41,Xinluzao 48,Xinhai 21 4. 26%,6. 25%,4. 4% higher than CK treatment respectively; The water dissolved oxygen concentration 11. 4 mg / L could significantly improve Xinluzao 48 cotton seedling dry weight 14. 27% than CK treatment.【Conclusion】The effect of Zhongmian 49 cotton seed germination with the water dissolved oxygen was not significant,and Xinluzao 41,Xinluzao 48,Xinhai 21 cotton species were very effective,which indicated that the measure of increasing oxygen supply could promote cotton seed germination.
