摘要
提出了一种自由曲面加工自动编程的方法,首先对自由曲面进行三角化离散处理,判断离散片的可加工性,然后对不可加工的离散片进行区域组合,最后利用八线段包络法设置修剪边界。此方法满足了自由曲面高精度数控加工的需要,具有一定理论价值和工程意义。
A method of free-form surface automatic programming was proposed. First of all, process triangulation discrete on the free-form surface, and determining the machinability of the discrete pieces. Then, group the discrete areas that couldn't be processed. At last, use the eight lines enveloping method to set the clip boundary of the operation. The meth- od would meet the high performance requirements of free-form surface on NC processing, and has great theoretical value and engineering significance.
