摘要
依据多次指导学生参加职业技能竞赛的经历,提出了一套模具类职业技能训练体系,并试图以训练者之外的视角审视竞赛获奖的各种因素,并反思技能竞赛训练给教学留下的实际影响。
Based on the experience of the skills competition in higher vocational college, a set of skill training system for die ＆ mould specialty was put forward, which attempted to examine the various factors of the skills competition winning out of the view of the trainer, and rethought the practical influence on the teaching.
