Development of Thick Polished Glaze for Architectural Ceramics

摘要 以钾钠长石和石英等矿物为主要原料,采用正交试验对面釉的配方组成进行研究,并探究和分析了厚抛釉中面釉和抛釉结合情况。利用白度测试仪,扫描电镜和热膨胀系数测试仪等测试手段对坯釉性能进行表征,实验结果表明,当面釉配方为:钾长石23,石英15,高岭土5,硅酸锆18,烧氧化锌3,滑石28,碳酸钡3,方解石12;获得了釉面效果良好的厚抛釉,其白度达到69.5%,光泽度达到66.9%,硬度达到维氏硬度348 HV5(莫氏硬度4~4.5)。这主要是由于面釉的热膨胀系数介于坯和抛釉之间,使坯釉结合性能增强所致。 formula compositions of bottom glaze were studied using feldspar, silicon etc as the main materials by orthogonal experiment method, and the combintion of the bottom glaze and polished glaze were analysized. The properties of body and glaze were characterized by white tester, FESEM and thermal expansion coefficient tester. The results showed: surfaces glazes composition(%) : K-feldspar 23, quartz 15, kaolin 5, zirconium silicate 18, zinc oxide 3, talc 28, barium carbonate 3, calcite 12; thick polished glaze with smooth glaze and glossiness was obtained. Its whiteness reached 69.5, glossiness reached 66.92, vickers hardness reached 348 HV5(Mohs hardness 4 ~ 4.5). It is due to the expansion coefficient of bottom glaze between that of body and polished glaze.
