摘要
从活塞环的材料、表面处理和结构三个方面来研究活塞环在低机油耗、低漏气量和耐磨损方面的技术发展趋势。球墨铸铁、合金钢材料广泛应用在活塞环上,活塞环外圆面使用CKS、GDC、PVD和热喷涂工艺,提高了活塞环的耐磨性,提高了使用寿命。根据需要选择不同的活塞环结构,减小第一道气环闭口间隙,能够有效降低机油耗或者漏气量。
This paper studies piston ring technology development trend in low lube oil consumption, low piston blow-by and low resistance from material, surface treatment and structure of piston ring. Nodular cast iron and stainless steel are widely used in piston ring, cylindrical surface of piston ring uses CKS、GDC、PVD and thermal spraying to improve the wearability and the service life. Choosing different structure of piston ring and reducing the gap of first ring can effectively reduce the lube oil consumption or piston blow-by.
