摘要
为进行柴油机高压共轨喷雾试验,搭建了高压共轨系统试验平台。试验平台的控制系统包括STM32微处理器、pesk&hold驱动电路、4N35光耦开关模块、Lab VIEW上位机界面等。其中STM32微处理器具有较强的驱动能力,可以直接驱动4N35光耦开关模块,且4N35光耦开关模块响应迅速,pesk&hold驱动电路具有高低压分时驱动功能,试验过程中可以通过调整上位机界面上的时间参数来控制喷雾实验的进行。试验结果表明,所设计的驱动电路和开关模块性能稳定,喷雾效果良好。
In order to carry out the injection experiment of diesel engine with high pressure common rail, the test platform of the high pressure common rail system was built. The control system of test platform consists of microprocessor STM32, peskhold driver circuit, switch module of 4N35 optocoupler, LabVIEW host computer interface. The STM32 microprocessor with a strong drive capability can directly drive switch module of 4N35 optocoupler. Switch module of 4N35 optocoupler can respond quickly. Peskhold driving circuit has high and low pressure points function. The test process can be controlled by adjusting the PC interface time parameters. Test results show that the designed driving circuit and switch module performance is stable, and the spray effect is good.
