摘要
柴油机工作时会有少量高温高压气体从活塞环组与气缸壁、气门杆与气门导管和增压器轴承间窜入曲轴箱内,窜气会稀释机油,同时会使曲轴箱内气压增高,柴油机的功率输出降低,密封性能受损破坏。油气分离器主要用来保持柴油机工作时曲轴箱内部与机体外部的压力平衡,同时分离回收箱内混合废气中的机油,排出废气,减少柴油机漏油和减轻零件的腐蚀,提高柴油机的经济性。但如果油气分离器设计布置不合理,分离系统就起不到分离油气作用,相反会导致柴油机出现窜油等不良现象。我们通过对某系列柴油机呼吸器排气口窜油故障的分析诊断,提出了解决故障的思路和办法。
When engine is running, a little high-temperature and high pressure gas run away from piston ring set and cylinder-wall, valve stem and guide and bearings of supercharger to crankcase. Run-away will dilute oil, raise gas pressure, lower power output and damage sealing. Oil and gas separator is mainly used to keep pressure balance and separates oil from exhausted gas, reduce leakage and lower rusty of parts and improve economy of engine. However, if the separator design and arrangement is improper,the separating system can't function well and will lead to oil expelling. This paper puts forward the suggestion and methods for the problem by analysis of trouble.
