摘要
对于耦合齿轮传动机构、配气机构,建立了单缸机运动部件的多体动力学模型,利用Adams软件中的间隙分析功能得到了活塞与气门的最小运动间隙,为活塞避阀坑深度的合理选择提供了理论支持。
The multi-body dynamics model of single cylinder machine is established through coupling the gear transmission mechanism and valve train. The minimum clearance between piston and valve is obtained by using the clearance analysis function of ADAMS software,which provides theoretical support for the reasonable choice of the depth of the piston pits.
