摘要
为实现紫茎泽兰的资源化利用,文章采用批量发酵方式开展紫茎泽兰与牛粪混合干发酵产沼气的试验研究。在35℃±1℃条件下,应用正交试验考察草粪比、发酵浓度及接种物浓度对产气量影响。试验结果表明,因素影响主次依次为:发酵浓度>接种物浓度>草粪比。紫茎泽兰混合牛粪干发酵产沼气最优工艺条件为:草粪比1∶2,发酵浓度20%,接种物浓度30%。在此优化条件下,TS产气率为123.05 m L·g-1,沼气中甲烷平均含量57.13%,TS及VS最高去除率为61.65%和49.57%,紫茎泽兰最高降解率为21.41%。研究结果为后续紫茎泽兰干发酵工艺提供一定基础,为紫茎泽兰资源化利用提供理论参考。
To realize resource utilization of Eupatorium adenophorum sperng,batch fermentation was adopted to carry out the dry fermentation of Eupatorium Adenophorum Spreng mixed with cow dung. The effect of fermentation concentration,ratio of dung to straw,and inoculum concentration on biogas yield were investigated by orthogonal experiment under the temperature of 35℃ ± 1℃. The results showed that the order of influence was fermentation concentration inoculum concentration ratio of dung to straw. The optimum condition was straw-dung mixing ratio of 1 ∶ 2,fermentation concentration of20%,and inoculum concentration of 30%. Under this optimum condition,the TS gas production rate obtained 123. 05 m L·g- 1,average methane content was 57. 13%,the highest TS and VS removal rate reached 61. 65% and 49. 57%,respectively. The highest degradation rate of Eupatorium adenophorum sperng was 21. 41%.
