养殖场沼气综合利用系统的热经济学分析 被引量:1

摘要 沼气工程中厌氧反应器由于温度不稳定导致产沼量变动,从而阻碍了沼气的有效利用。针对这一问题,文章对某养殖场的沼气工程进行了沼气综合利用系统的设计,在给厌氧反应器加热保温保持沼气连续产出的基础之上,综合利用沼气进行热电联产。在对系统的选型和运行优化结果介绍的基础之上,建立沼气综合利用系统的热经济学模型,进而对其进行热经济性指标评价。评价结果表明对于本沼气综合利用系统来讲,在保证连续稳定的产沼气的基础之上,让更多的沼气用于发电,将会改善整个系统的经济效益。 Instability of temperature in anaerobic reactor led to the instability of biogas production,and so affected the effective utilization of biogas. Aiming at this problem,a biogas comprehensive utilization system was designed for the biogas engineering on a livestock farm,with which the anaerobic reactor was heated to ensure the continuous and stable output of biogas,and produced biogas was used for cogeneration. In this paper,the equipment selection and optimization of operation strategy were introduced,the thermoeconomic model of biogas comprehensive utilization system was established and the thermoeconomic index was evaluated. The system evaluation showed that based on the continuous and stable biogas production,the more biogas used for power generation,the more economic benefit the system could obtain.
