摘要 风力发电机组的防雷一直是困扰整机厂和业主的问题之一。早期的机组防雷系统全部是国外设计,国内的整机企业几乎没有技术改动的权利,往往出现雷击事故,业主只能和整机厂沟通。随着近年风机出保数量的增加,业主逐渐意识到防雷问题可能存在一定的设计缺陷或技术优化空间。本文通过对风场项目的防雷优化,并对比改进前后机组防雷的性能,得出部分机组的防雷设计与标准之间存在一定的差距,具有较大的技术优化空间。 The issue of lighting protection occurred in WTG is one of the major chal|enge for wind turbine manufacturer and owner. It's mostly because of the original design is from overseas, domestic turbine manufacturer nearly has no influence to affect the imported existing technology. Usually, the owner is only able to discuss with turbine manufacturer once lightning damage happened. However recently, most warranty period of the wind turbine is expired, and the owner is getting to realize that there exists some design defects. They think there should be some improvement undertaken to optimize the current design. This article is going to illustrate the gap between existing design of lightning protection and the standards through the optimization of the current solution as well as the results of the improvement.
