“调神益智”针刺治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究

Clinical Effects of Tiaoshen Yizhi Acupuncture on Cervical Vertigo and Vertebral-basilar Artery Blood Flow Velocity

目的观察"调神益智"针刺治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效及对椎-基底动脉血流速度的影响。方法将160例患者采用随机数字表法分为针刺组80例与对照组80例,对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪口服治疗,针刺组在对照组治疗的基础上给予"调神益智"针刺治疗,两组都治疗4周。结果治疗后针刺组与对照组的总显效率分别为96.25%和87.50%,针刺组的疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。针刺组与对照组治疗后的椎动脉与基底动脉血流速度都明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),同时治疗后针刺组的椎动脉与基底动脉血流速度也都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。针刺组与对照组治疗后的眩晕评分为(1.28±0.45)分和(2.34±0.54)分,均明显低于治疗前的(4.25±1.34)分和(4.28±1.23)分(P<0.05),同时针刺组治疗后的眩晕评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血浆黏度与红细胞压积值都明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),同时治疗后针刺组的血浆黏度与红细胞压积值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "调神益智"针刺治疗颈性眩晕能有效缓解眩晕症状,提高总体疗效,其作用机制可能与加快椎-基地动脉血流与降低血液黏度有关。

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of Tiaoshen Yizhi acupuncture on cervical vertigo and vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity.Methods：160 patients with cervical vertigo from March 2012 to March2015 were selected and equally divided into the acupuncture group and the control group by the random number table,80 patients in each.The control group were given flunarizine Cinnarizine oral treatment,and the acupuncture group were added Tiaoshen Yizhi acupuncture.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks.Results：The total efficacy after treatment in the acupuncture group and the control group were 96.3% and 87.5% respectively;the acupuncture group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity in the acupuncture group and control group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity in the acupuncture group after treatment were also significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The plasma viscosity and hematocrit values in the acupuncture group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the plasma viscosity and hematocrit values in the acupuncture group after treatment were also significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The vertigo scores in the acupuncture group and the control group after treatment were（1.28±0.45）points and 2.34 ± 0.54 points respectively that were significantly lower than those before treatment（4.25±1.34）points and（4.28 ±1.23）points（P〈0.05）,and the acupuncture group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tiaoshen Yizhi acupuncture treatment on cervical vertigo can effectively relieve symptoms of vertigo,improve the total efficacy,whose mechanism may be related to accelerate vertebral-artery blood flow and reduce blood viscosity.
