摘要
急性腰椎间盘突出症一直是中医正骨手法治疗中的难点。笔者通过分析急性腰椎间盘突出症发病过程中筋与骨力学平衡的中西医理论,提拉旋转斜扳法的操作技巧及生物力学效应,从筋骨力学失衡角度分析提拉旋转斜扳治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的治疗思路及相关临床思考。
