在飞机制造中,整体叶盘(轮盘)的使用率正在大量增加。现在大型发动机都配备有多个高压压缩机,这些压缩机通常由一个整体的高性能特殊合金材料加工而成,因此,这些材料的加工效率正在成为项目规划的焦点。最近,德国Fraunhofer生产技术研究所(IPT)以及在RWTH Aachen的机床和生产工程(WZL)实验室(德国)的一项研究表明,EMAG的精密电化学加工(PECM)可大幅削减用户成本。
Nickel base super-alloy GH4698 is widely used in the manufacture of aero-engine turbine disks and other important parts. Its processing characteristics result in high cutting force, low efficiency and high tool wear. Laser assisted milling (LAML) technique is an effective hybrid method to machine difficult-to-cut materials while the material is heated by laser source to improve the machinability. Experiments of laser assisted milling of super-alloy GH4698 are studied. The effects of laser heating and machining parameters on cutting forces, tool wear and the quality of machined surface are inves- tigated. The results show that laser assisted milling can reduce the cutting force and tool wear, and improve processing quali- ty ,without changing material properties in the machining of super-alloy GH4698.
