摘要
通过拉伸、奥氏体晶粒测量和淬透性试验,研究Nb微合金化对普通高碳钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,高碳钢加入Nb不仅有利于细化晶粒,提高奥氏体晶粒稳定性,还可在保持强度和硬度的同时保持其塑性,Nb还具有改善高碳钢组织均匀性和抑制马氏体转变的作用。
The effect of Nb microalloying on microstructure and mechanical properties of high carbon steel was investigated by tensile,austenite grain growth and hardenability test. The results show that niobium is not only beneficial to refinement and stability of austenite grain,and maintaining the strength and hardness meanwhile the plasticity as well in high carbon steel,but also beneficial to microstructure uniformity and inhibition of martensitic transformation of the steel.
