摘要
利用热膨胀仪测得不同冷却速度下的膨胀曲线,采用切线法确定各冷速下的相变温度,结合显微组织和维氏硬度检测绘制出37Mn5钢的CCT曲线。结果显示,当冷却速度〈5℃/s时,组织为铁素体和珠光体;冷却速度在5~40℃/s时,组织中形成贝氏体,冷速在5℃/s时开始发生贝氏体转变,10℃/s时开始发生马氏体转变;当冷却速度≥40℃/s时,组织全部成为板条马氏体。
Dilatometric curves of 37Mn5 steel were measured at different cooling rates by using thermal dilatometer. The CCT curve of the steel was drawn by combining the phase transition temperature under different cooling rate which was determined by using the tangent method with microstructure and vickers hardness examination. The result shows that when the cooling rate is less than 5 ℃ / s,the microstructure is ferrite and perlite; When the cooling rate is between 5 and 40 ℃ / s,bainite appears in the microstructure,bainite transformation begins at5 ℃ / s and martensite transformation begins when the cooling rate is at 10 ℃ / s; Full lath martensite structure appears when the cooling rate is greater than or equal to 40 ℃ / s.
