摘要
采用正交交互试验法探究了一种新型Al-Cu-Li-Ce合金的最佳固溶和时效热处理工艺,并辅以DSC、SEM、TEM手段,对合金最佳热处理状态的组织结构进行了分析。结果表明,该合金在固溶(520℃、1.5 h)和时效(190℃,20 h)热处理状态下,显微硬度值能达到241 HV0.5;时效处理时该工艺有利于细小片状强化相T1和薄片状θ'相均匀弥散地在基体中析出,具有强烈沉淀强化效果。
Solid solution and aging treatment process of a novel Al-Cu-Li-Ce alloy were investigated with orthogonal experiment and some test methods,including differential scanning calorimetry( DSC),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and transition electron microscopy( TEM),etc. Meanwhile,the microstructure characteristics during the optimal processing parameters were explored. The results show that the highest hardness of the alloy can reach 241 HV0. 5 by solution( 520 ℃,1. 5 h) and aging( 190 ℃,20 h) treatment. During the aging treatment,many fine needle-shaped T1 phase and thin-plate-shaped θ' phase precipitate in the matrix uniformly and dispersively,leading to an enormous precipitation strengthening.
