摘要
阐明柔性转子进行动力特性分析的必要性,提出采用有限元分析软件ANSYS求解转子动力的特性,并运用转子动平衡技术思路。对转子进行模态、谐响应和瞬态响应分析,求出转子的前三阶固有频率,得到在不同形式外力激振下转子的响应特性。研究了柔性转子的迟滞特性和减幅特性以及平衡此类柔性转子的基本方法,为实际工程应用提供理论参考。
The necessity of turbo generator rotor dynamic characteristics analysis is described,and the ideal of use finite element analysis software ANSYS to solve rotor dynamic characteristics is provided. The modal analysis,harmonic analysis and transient response analysis of rotor are implemented. The first three natural frequencies are determined,and the response characteristics under different external excitation are given. The flexible rotor hysteresis characteristics and damping characteristics as well as balancing theoretical basis are verified to provide a valuable theoretical reference for practical application.
