摘要
以单回线型有导磁体感应器为研究对象,通过设计正交试验,运用数值模拟的方法分析了影响钢板温度场的主要横截面参数,定义了线圈横截面尺寸的5个尺寸比例系数。结果表明,影响温度场最高温度的主要截面参数依次为:导磁体单侧厚度C1、导磁体跨距a以及导磁体伸出高度C2。当导线宽度h为10~20 mm时,确定了使加热效果最好的比例系数的取值范围。
Orthogonal experiments were designed to research the main cross-sectional parameters of single short conductor inductor with magnetizer affecting temperature field by using numerical simulation method. And five proportionality coefficients of cross-section of the coil were defined. The results show that the main cross-sectional parameters influencing the highest temperature of temperature field are magnetizer thickness,magnetizer span and the stretched out height of magnetizer. When the conductor width varies from 10 mm to 20 mm,the best numerical value range of the five proportionality coefficients which contributes to the best heating efficiency are determined.
