摘要
针对某TC4钛合金框退火畸变问题,采用模拟仿真方法研究了其在有、无外加约束两种状态下的退火过程。结果表明,无外加约束时零件端部将产生最大达1.5 mm的翘曲畸变,无法满足设计要求;而在其翘曲端施加约束后,可将翘曲畸变控制在0.15 mm以内,满足设计要求。因此,施加适当的外加约束是控制钛合金退火过程畸变的有效手段。
The distortions of TC4 alloy frame with or without external constraint during annealing process were studied by mans of simulation method. The simulation results indicate that when annealing without external constraint the maximal distortion locating at the ends of component is 1. 5 mm and can't satisfy the requirement of design. The maximal distortion of annealing with external constraint on the distortion location is 0. 15 mm and satisfies the requirement. So,the effective method of controlling distortion during annealing process is imposing proper external constraint on the TC4 alloy frame.
