摘要
利用扫描电镜对厚规格镀锌板生产过程中出现的表面黑斑缺陷进行表面形貌和成分分析,研究缺陷形成原因并提出改进措施。结果表明,镀锌层表面的局部氧化以及由于长时间在高温下与带钢表面摩擦,塔顶辊辊面状态较差是导致厚规格钢板生产过程中出现表面黑斑的主要原因。
The surface morphologies and chemical composition of the black spots defects on the surface of thick gauge galvanized sheet after galvanizing process were investigated by means of SEM. The causes of the defects were analyzed and the improvement measures were put forward. The results show that the local surface oxidation of the galvanized coating,the long-time friction with the surface of the sheet at high temperature and the bad conditions of the contact surface of the top roller are the main causes resulting in the surface black spots defects.
