摘要
采用水相悬浮法合成了平均环氧度为15%而组成及结构不同的环氧化反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(ETPI-15),研究了组成及结构对ETPI-15性能的影响。差示扫描量热仪测试表明环氧化组分含量越高,其结晶度越低;ETPI-15生胶及未填充硫化胶的物理力学性能随着环氧化组分含量的变化而显示出规律性的变化;动态粘弹性测试表明较高环氧化组分的ETPI-15未填充硫化胶tanδ-T曲线的峰窄,具有良好的抗湿滑性和低滚动阻力,适合作高性能轮胎胎面胶材料使用,而较低环氧化组分含量的ETPI-15有效阻尼温域较宽,适合作为阻尼材料使用。
Epoxidized trans-1,4-polyisoprene( ETPI-15) having 15% epoxy degree with different composition and structure were synthesized by water phase suspension method. Effect of ETPI composition on properties was investigated.Differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) results prove that the crystalline decreases with the increasing of epoxy content.Mechanical properties of raw ETPI and ETPI vulcanizates show regular changes with the changing of epoxy content. Dynamic viscoelasticity( DMA) results show that unfilled ETPI-15 vulcanizates with high epoxy content have a narrow peak in tanδ-T curve,which indicate good wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance. Unfilled ETPI-15 vulcanizates with high epoxy content could be used as tire tread for high performance tires. While,ETPI-15 with low epoxy content is suitable for damping materials because of widen damping temperature.
