罩类零件的车削工艺研究

摘要 罩类零件是弹体结构的重要组成零件之一,生产工艺在罩类零件的质量保证方面具有决定性作用。各种工艺方法都有自己的优缺点和适用场合,其中适应性最强、使用频率最高的便是罩类零件的车削工艺。针对罩类零件的车削工艺,通过大量工艺试验积累的数据参数和技术经验,在阐述了罩类零件薄壁的结构特点及各项严格的技术要求的基础上,提出了包括冲压模具设计、工装设计、测量方法选用、刀具及切削参数选择、工艺路线确定等在内的罩类零件的具体工艺方案,对指导相关产品生产具有一定的参考价值。 The cover part is one of the most important parts of the missile structure. The production Process has a deci- sive role in the quality assurance of the cover parts. All kinds of technological methods have their own advantage, disadvan- tages and suitable occasions, in which the adaptability is the strongest, the highest frequency of use is the turning process of the cover type parts. For the turning process of the cover parts, the data parameters and technical experience accumulated through a large number of process tests. On the basis of the summarisation which contains the characteristics of the thin walled structure and the strict technical requirements, the specific process plan which includes the designing of stamping die and fixture, measurement method, the selection of tool cutting parameters and the final processing route is put forward. It has a certain reference value to guide the production.
