摘要
某大型雷达是我军主战雷达之一,其可靠性将直接关系到我国防空网的严密性。其核心部件的近百个DAM采用风冷设计,在实际部署使用过程中,由于其风机电源连接器插芯腐蚀导致风机组件报故。通过对该电源连接器的工况进行深入细致的分析和研究,找到了问题症结,优化了该电源连接器的密封、防护工艺,有效地提高了其环境适应性能,在实际的部署应用中,为该大型雷达的正常工作提供了有力保障。
A large radar is one of the main weapons in commission of our army. Its dependability has great compact in- fluence on the rigorousness of our aerial defence. Being made up of nearly one hundred DAM, the kernel parts introduce air- cooling frame. In the at actual work, the cauterization of pins of the electrical source linker results in the failure of the unit. Through carefully investigating on the condition of the electrical source linker, the cause is found. By optimizing the airproof way and improving the shield process of the electrical source linker, it is effectually adaptable to the environment. It eventu ally ensures the large radar work normally.
