摘要
针对半齿测量齿轮的轮齿刚度明显低于传统(整齿)测量齿轮的问题,提出了在半齿测量齿轮的轮齿悬伸端加装圆环盘,以提高其轮齿刚度的方法。研究了沿圆环外侧均布容齿槽、沿圆环内侧均布容齿槽和沿圆环均布容齿孔等3种圆环盘结构,并分析了各种圆环盘提高半齿测量齿轮轮齿刚度的机理及其加工工艺性。在此基础上,通过半齿测量齿轮轮齿的CAE形变分析,验证了通过加装圆环盘来提高半齿测量齿轮轮齿刚度的有效性。
Aimed at the situation that the tooth rigidity of half-tooth master gear is obviously lower than that the tradi- tional master gear, one method by assembling annular plating at cantilever end of the half-tooth master gear tooth to improve its tooth rigidity is put forward. Three feasible structure schemes of annular plate the equispaced tooth groove respectively along outer rim and inner rim of the annular plate, the equispaced tooth hole along part between outer rim and inner rim of the annular plate, are given. The processing technology of these three annular plates and the principle of improving the tooth rigidity of half-tooth master gear by assembling annular plate are analyzed. On the basis, through the finite element a- nalysis of half-tooth master gear tooth deformation, the availability of the method improving the tooth stiffness of half-tooth master gear by assembling annular plate is verified.
