基于电参数的抽油机卡泵预警规律研究

摘要 随着油田进入采油中后期,三元驱以及聚驱方式的实施,引起采出液在抽油泵柱塞和泵筒间结蜡或结垢,造成了抽油泵的检泵周期缩短,严重影响了抽油机井的工作时效。从理论上分析了抽油泵摩擦载荷对悬点载荷的影响,同时设计并加工了实时检测仪,现场跟踪了抽油机卡泵的悬点载荷及电参数的变化规律,并以试验为基础,编制了抽油机卡泵预警程序,为现场的卡泵分析提供了技术支撑,同时为现场的预防卡泵措施的制定提供了参考。 As the production of oilfield goes into middle and later periods, the ASP flooding and polymer flooding is used, it makes that the produced liquid paraffin depositing or scaling between the plunger and pump barrel increases, the pump inspection cycle is shortened and the efficiency of pumping unit is slowed. The influence of friction load on polished rod load is analyzed in theory, the detector is designed and processed. Through tracking the polished rod load and electrical parameter before stuck pumping, and based the experiment date, the procedure to forecast stuck pumping is established, the procedure can provide technical support for analyzing stuck pumping, and can provide reference for making measures to prc vent stuck pumping in oilfield.
