摘要
本研究基于在青海藏蒙少数民族聚居区与混杂居地区的实地调查与研究案例,初步探讨青海藏蒙地区双语教育实践中"双语教育的文化选择"、"开放—融入式教育"、"民汉混编班"等基于本土的相关实践经验在我国民族教育事业发展中所起的促进作用,进而深入思考现行的双语教育政策及其实践在推动我国民族地区经济社会发展及提升整体公民素质等方面发挥的多维效能。在实地调查基础上依照各民族所处的语言文化区域特点并结合各个学校的实际情况,初步探讨如何在青海省藏蒙地区有效构建双语教育教学模式。
Based on a field investigation and case study of Tibetan and Mongolian areas in Qinghai,this paper discusses the local experience and practice in bilingual education such as "cultural choice in bilingual education","open and integrated education ",and "mixed class of Han and ethnic students ",which have played a role in promoting the development of ethnic education. It then makes a profound thinking on the multidimensional effects of the current policy and practice of bilingual education in promoting economic and social development of ethnic regions and in uplifting the overall quality of citizens. Finally,it explores how to develop effective teaching modes of bilingual education in these areas based on the field investigation and according to language,cultural and regional characteristics of different ethnic groups as well as the reality of different schools.
