甘南州燕麦草不同调制方法营养价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]为了探索甘南州燕麦草最合理的调制方法,尽可能提高燕麦草的营养利用价值。[方法]本试验选取甘南州卓尼县阿子滩乡同一块地乳熟期刈割的燕麦草为试验对象,对燕麦草采用自然风干、室外堆放、裹包青贮和裹包加菌青贮处理,研究不同加工方式下燕麦草营养价值变化。[结果]表明:两种青贮燕麦草与燕麦青干草中CA、CP、EE、CF、NFE、P、Ca含量组间差异极显著(P<0.01)。加菌青贮燕麦草与青贮燕麦草相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]青贮燕麦草和加菌青贮燕麦草均可较好地保持其新鲜燕麦草的优良品质,提高燕麦草的粗蛋白含量和营养利用价值,同时,加菌青贮可缩短青贮时间,更好的抑制有害菌的生长,延长青贮饲料的保质期;而且运输饲喂方便,值得在甘南牧区大力推广。 【Objective】This study aimed to explore the rational modulation method and improve the nutrition and utilization value of oat grass.【Method】The same farmland cradled tall oat grass,which were at ripening stage in Azitan,Zhuoni,Gannan Prefecture,were treated by open-air drying,wrapping package of silage and bacteria-added wrapping package of silage processing,respectively,and the change of nutrition value was detected by using different methods.【Results】The results showed that there were significant difference between two types of silage tall oat grass and oat green hay in the CP,EE,CF,NFE,P,CA content(P ﹤0.01).In addition,there were significant difference between two types of silage tall oat grass(P ﹤0.05).【Conclusion】Two types of silage tall oat grass can preserve the fresh quality as well as enhance the content of crude protein and pabulum.Furthermore,the fungus silage can curtail the time of silage,inhibite the growth of harmful bacteria more effectively,and extend the shelf life of silage.Moreover,it is convenient to transport,which was worth promoting in Gannan pastoral area.
