Research progress and significance of multicenter studies of Hirschsprung＇ s disease

摘要 本综述介绍了HD（先天性巨结肠）多中心研究的现状，总结了国际范围近年对该病的多中心研究报道，分别就HD的诊断方法、治疗方式、并发症处理及预后评估方面目前的研究成果做了详细的描述，提出了国内也可以通过多中心合作研究建立HD的规范化诊断和治疗方案，为科学诊治提供指导。 The current status of multicenter study of Hirschsprung＇ s disease （HD） is summarized. The diagnostic methods, therapy regiments, complication handling and prognostic evaluations of HD are comprehensively discussed. And domestic multicenter studies should be performed for establishing a standardized protocol for diagnosis and therapy of HD. Thus scientific guidance is provided for clinical practice.
