妇幼保健机构与计划生育机构优化整合：模式、意愿与评价

Optimization and integration of maternal and child health care institutions and family planning organizations: pattern,intention and evaluation

目的明确妇幼保健机构与计划生育机构优化整合模式中存在的问题,探讨完善对策。方法现场调研获取定性、定量资料并进行统计分析。结果抽查的3个省辖市、9个县(区、市)中,妇幼保健与计划生育机构共有5种整合模式。240份有效问卷中,98%的人赞同双赢模式,100%的人赞同优化整合政策与原则,100%的人不赞同妇幼保健院向医院化发展,83%的人反对弃用"妇幼保健院"机构名称。结论双赢模式为优化整合的最佳模式,保留妇幼保健院名称,实行"一个机构、两块牌子"的做法最高效、便捷、易行。

Objective To identify the existing problems of optimization and integration of maternal and child health care institutions and family planning organizations,explore the consummation countermeasures. Methods Qualitative data and quantitative data were obtained based on field survey,then a statistical analysis was performed. Results There are 5 kinds of integration modes about maternal and child health care institutions and family planning institutions in spot checks of the three cities and nine counties（ districts,cities）; among240 valid questionnaires,98% of the respondents agreed with win-win mode; 100% of the respondents agreed with optimization and integration policy and principle,100% of the respondents did not agree with development of maternal and child health care institutions to hospital,83% of the respondents opposed to abandoning ＂ maternity and child care＂ name. Conclusion Win-win model for optimizing the integration is the best mode. Retaining the name of maternal and child health care hospital and ＂ an organization,two brands＂ are the most efficient,convenient,and easy measures.
