CXCL12/CXCR4在人早孕期蜕膜腺上皮细胞存在共表达模式及其生物学作用

摘要 目的解析CXCL12/CXCR4在人早孕期蜕膜腺上皮细胞存在共表达模式及其生物学作用。方法收集正常妊娠6~10周蜕膜组织由天佑医院妇产科门诊手术室提供,免疫细胞化学法检测蜕膜腺上皮细胞CXCL12/CXCR4的表达;ELISA法检测蜕膜腺上皮细胞培养上清CXCL12的分泌水平;MTT法分析CXCL12/CXCR4对蜕膜腺上皮细胞的生物学调节作用。结果免疫细胞化学发现人早孕期蜕膜腺上皮细胞同时表达CXCL12/CXCR4,且体外培养的蜕膜腺上皮细胞可自发分泌CXCL12;MTT法发现CXCL12处理后蜕膜腺上皮细胞的体外增殖活力无明显改变。结论 CXCL12/CXCR4在人早孕期蜕膜腺上皮细胞存在共表达模式。
