摘要
以矿用大规模锂电池应急电源为基础,对100节锂电池串联构成的大规模电池组的电池管理系统进行了设计。给出了该电池管理系统的整体方案,主要设计了系统中的充电电路、电池电压采集及均衡电路、SPI通信电路。并在设计电流测量及时钟电路的基础上,采用安时积分法,给出了SOC估算的流程。设计内容有利于多节大容量锂电池应急电源的应用推广。
The large battery management system consisting of 100 lithium batteries in series is designed, which is based on the large scale lithium battery emergency power supply for mine. The overall scheme of the battery management system is given, and the charging circuit, the battery voltage sampling and equalization circuit and SPI communication circuit are designed. SOC estimation process is also given by using Amper-hour integral method, which is based on the design of the current measurement and clock circuit. This design is beneficial to the application of the multi node and large capacity lithium battery emergency power supply.
