摘要 建立了用来描述活塞体径向刚度情况的刚度矩阵,对比计算了减重腔的布置对活塞径向刚度的影响。利用AVL GLIDE软件建立了活塞动力学参数化模型,分析了活塞裙部不同刚度分布情况对活塞二阶运动的影响,探究了在不同配缸间隙情况下活塞裙部刚度调整对敲击能量影响的敏感程度,并对结论进行分析。研究结果表明,减重腔对活塞径向刚度无明显影响,活塞裙部刚度的减小会使活塞径向位移及最大摆动角度有所增大,随着配缸间隙的增大,活塞敲击能量的改变受裙部刚度调整的影响越来越小。 Established the stiffness matrix to describe the overall radial stiffness of the piston, studied the influence of the weight reduction gallery on the stiffness of the piston, Established piston dynamic model by AVL GLIDE, analyzed the effect of skirt stiffness change on the secondary motion, studied the effect of the skirt stiffness on the impact of the kinetic energy in the case of different cylinder clearance, and analyzed the results. Calculation results show, weight reduction gallery does not significantly affect the overall radial stiffness of the piston, the skirt stiffness decreases will lead to increase the radial displacement and maximum tilting angle of the piston. With the increase of the cylinder clearance, the impact of the adjustment of the skirt stiffness on the kinetic energy is becoming smaller and smaller.
