摘要
通过分析非圆曲线类零件数控车削技术编程方法,针对复杂非圆曲线斜椭圆、斜双曲线和斜抛物线数控车削编程中存在的技术难题,利用NC二次曲线创建和三维建模功能完成复杂非圆曲线零件的建模,并研究了复杂非圆曲线零件在UG CAM软件中自动生成NC程序的数控车削技术方法,结合实际的数控机床编制了FANUC OI数控系统后置处理器实现了NC程序的生成,最后通过概括了在FANUC OI数控系统下由CF卡向数控机床传输NC程序的方法,实现了复杂非圆曲线零件的数控车削加工。
Through analyzing the CNC turning programming method of non-circular curve parts, aiming at the technical problems existed in CNC turning programming complex non-circular curve as Inclined ellipse ,tilted hyperbolic and tilted parabolic, the modeling of complex non-circular curve parts was put into effect with create quadratic curve and three-dimensional modeling software UG, reaching the NC turning methods that automatic- ally generate NC program of complex non-circular curve by the software UG CAM,combining with factual CNC machine which runs in FANUC OI system, compiled post-processor to generate NC program. And final, by sum-marizing the technique of using the compact flash card to transmit program to CNC lathe which runs in FANUC OI TC system, the complex non- circular curve parts are turned by CNC.
