基于场协同原理的换热器叠蜂窝结构传热研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了进一步增强换热器中蜂窝结构的传热能力,在对流换热强化的场协同原理的基础上将蜂窝结构改进为叠蜂窝结构,利用CFD软件Fluent15.0对结构进行了流动与传热的数值分析,得到了蜂窝结构和叠蜂窝结构的速度矢量图、温度云图及部分参数,比较和分析了二者的流动与传热特性。结果表明,叠蜂窝结构在传热方面比蜂窝结构有明显优势,有待于进一步的研究。 In order to improve the heat transfer performance of honeycomb structure in heat exchanger, the existing cellular heat transfer structure is improved as a pile honeycomb structure on the basis of the field synergy principle of heat transfer enhancement. Numerical analysis of flow and heat transfer is carried out by CFD software Fluentl5.0. The velocity vector diagram, temperature and other parameters are obtained. What's more,the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the two are analyzed. The results show that the pile honeycomb structure has obvious advantages in heat transfer and further study is needed make.
