摘要
介绍基于GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC和MCGS的温度控制系统硬件组成和工作原理,给出了实现温度控制的PLC程序设计和MCGS监控组态软件设计要点。该温度控制系统可通过MCGS实现动态监控并可设置通道的温控阈值;实际使用效果证明,该系统运行稳定可靠,维护方便。
This article describes temperature monitoring system based on the GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC and MCGS,including its hardware composition,working principle,and given the temperature control program of PLC and the key design points of MCGS configuration software and so on.The temperature monitoring system can realize dynamic monitoring by MCGS configuration software and set threshold value of one's channel temperature.The actual results prove that the system is steady and reliable and easy to maintain.
