电针配合穴位按摩治疗颈动脉硬化的临床研究

Influence of electroacupuncture combined point massage on carotid artery arteriosclerosis

目的:评价电针配合穴位按摩对颈动脉硬化患者的影响。方法:106例颈动脉硬化病人被随机分为常规组(54例,在常规的基础上配合健康教育)和电针按摩组(52例,在常规组的基础上加入电针及穴位按摩)。两组均治疗2个疗程,每疗程20次,1次/d。测量比较两组治疗前后颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和颈动脉斑块的厚度。结果:治疗前两组的颈动脉斑块厚度和IMT均无显著差异(P均>0.05)。与治疗前比较,电针按摩组治疗后的颈动脉斑块厚度[左侧:(0.104±0.103)mm比(0.044±0.031)mm,右侧:(0.111±0.093)mm比(0.055±0.046)mm]显著变薄,且显著薄于常规组[左侧:(0.190±0.175)mm,右侧:(0.223±0.183)mm],P均<0.01;电针按摩组治疗后的颈动脉IMT[左侧:(0.096±0.021)mm比(0.086±0.019)mm,右侧:(0.091±0.019)mm比(0.087±0.018)mm]显著变薄,且显著薄于常规组[左侧:(0.105±0.016)mm,右侧:(0.103±0.020)mm],P<0.05或<0.01。结论:电针配合穴位按摩能有效地减少颈动脉斑块厚度和颈动脉内膜中层厚度。

Objective：To evaluate influence of electroacupuncture combined point massage on aptients with cartid artery arteriosclerosiss.Methods：A total of 106 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into routine group（n=54,received health education based on routine therapy）and electroacupuncture＋ massage group（n=52,received additional electroacupuncture and point massage based on routine group）.Both groups were treated for two courses,20times/course,1time/d.Carotid intima- media thickness（IMT）and thickness of carotid plaques were measured and compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results：There were no significant difference in thickness of carotid plaques and IMT between two groups before treatment,P〉0.05 all.Compared with before treatment,after treatment,there were significant reductions in thickness of carotid plaques[left：（0.104±0.103）mm vs.（0.044±0.031）mm,right：（0.111±0.093）mm vs.（0.055±0.046）mm]in electroacupuncture＋ massage group,and they were significantly thinner than those of routine group [left：（0.190±0.175）mm,right：（0.223±0.183）mm],P〈0.01all;significant reductions in carotid IMT [left：（0.096±0.021）mm vs.（0.086±0.019）mm,right：（0.091±0.019）mm vs.（0.087±0.018）]in electroacupuncture ＋ massage group,and they were significantly thinner than those of routine group[left：（0.105±0.016）mm,right：（0.103±0.020）mm],P〈0.05 or 〈0.01.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture combined point massage can effectively reduce thickness of carotid plaques and carotid intima-media thickness.
