摘要
对283名企业员工施测组织社会化量表、工作投入量表、人—工作匹配量表和组织认同量表,考察组织社会化对工作投入的影响,以及人—工作匹配和组织认同在其中的作用。结果表明:组织社会化、工作投入、人—工作匹配、组织认同四者之间均显著正相关;组织社会化对工作投入有显著正向影响,人—工作匹配和组织认同在其中起中介作用。
In order to examine the influence of organizational socialization on work engagement, and the role of person-job fit and organization identification in it, 283 employees of enterprises are measured by organizational socialization scale, work engagement scale, person-job fit scale and organization identification scale. The results show that, positive correlation exis- ted between organizational socialization, work engagement, person-job fit and organization identification. Organizational so- cialization could influence work engagement positively and significantly, person-job fit and organization identification could play a mediating role in it.
